First Appointment
A deposit is required at your first appointment. Our team will discuss this with you at time of booking.   If you have a Criminal Matter you will be asked to bring your Statement of Material Facts, Summons and any other paperwork relating to your charge.
At your first meeting with us we will review your case and may be able to advise you as to:
  • The nature of the charge you face
  • The strength of the case against you
  • Defences available on the facts;
  • A range of possible outcomes or sentencing options applicable to your case; and
  • Legal costs and estimated time frame to finalise your case.
Legal Costs
The cost of your legal matter will be explained to you at your first appointment.
You may be eligible for a grant of Legal Aid. If you are eligible this office can assist you in completing the application. This office may be able to represent you with all or part of the costs being met by Legal Aid.
